Our mission is to be an accessible, leading dental clinic in the western Netherlands, offering service-oriented, top-notch dentistry in a practice with a professional and stylish appearance where you, as a patient, can be assured of an excellent experience and a radiant, healthy smile.

Vision

We are convinced that the current trend of chain-based dental practices in the Netherlands is hindering personal, individual care. We strive for a small, close-knit team with a high degree of expertise and know-how, working according to the latest insights through continuous professional development and continuing education.

At Oude Rijn Dentists, we understand that going to the dentist isn't generally enjoyable. It's not pleasant to have a constantly changing group of people assessing your dental health. That's why we strive to build a personal, lasting relationship where your dentist is your permanent point of contact.

A visit to the dentist can be stressful or exciting. Every client experiences this visit differently. Therefore, it's important to provide personalized attention and understand your personal situation, wishes, and circumstances. We treat people, not mouths. We are communicative and approachable.

Service orientation

As a practice, we strive to provide the best possible service throughout the entire experience – from booking an appointment to receiving treatment and handling the procedure – to ensure you receive the best possible service. This includes working on time (no annoying overruns) and being easily accessible both online and in person. Our hostess will warmly welcome you, show you to your private waiting area, and assist you with any follow-up appointments after your appointment.

If you have any questions, you can always contact us and you are also assured of good handling of any urgent dental problems, even on weekends.

Quality

In practice, we invest in quality both technically and practically. This means the best (scientifically proven) materials, hygiene, treatment methods, equipment, and the treatment itself. Continuous training and professional development, and registration in quality registers ensure quality!

Transparency and trust

In dentistry, there are many roads that lead to Rome. We strive to highlight all possible treatment options for you and be as transparent as possible about the costs involved. This allows for a well-informed decision. You can be confident that you will receive the best possible, individually tailored care. You will receive a pre-determined estimate for every treatment exceeding €150, while this is only legally required for treatments exceeding €250. We operate systematically, sustainably, and therefore predictably. If you have supplementary dental insurance, we are happy to work with you to ensure the care fits within your budget! Ask your dentist about this during your appointment!

Prevention

The practice strives for maximum prevention to prevent future problems. We are convinced that prevention can lead to perfection. The "dentist of the past" has traditionally been curative (focused on healing), but filling a cavity is a means to an end, not the goal. Ultimately, the patient benefits most from preventing problems rather than treating them.
